Less Air Travelers this Thanksgiving

I just read a report on CNN that many travelers have opted out of flying this Thanksgiving holiday which means that for the 12 day holiday period they expect 37,000 less travelers per day! Sounds like good news to me, but of course they say beware just because there are less people does not mean you will get around easier.
